Well, as I stated in a previous post, I would like to see a server with Aegis stability, and eAthena customization.
What are your ideas, and views, on this topic?

what you mean by "with Aegis stability" ?

Well, everyone says Aegis is more stable.
So yes, with less crashes.
One thing a server could do is increase the amount of servers they have, meaning anthemRO server one being filled, they have a selection screen, saying how many are online, servers will automatically reject if there are too many, so the users move to anthemRO server two or three.
Servers would be Like seperate servers, so they would have WoE at the same hours.
The servers could even move characters to the other servers so that people do not have to start over on another server.
Like how they have Flyff, or WoW, seperate servers, different zones.
Zones being the extra servers.

well my server able to run for a months+ w/o crash and 800~1200 players ++
but splitting mapserver on eAthena is impossible now except LLRO(Clownphobia) which has that now.

Fixed.
It isn't the map server, just the login and character servers being able to be opened by the same server.
That way they don't have the lag, and they don't have over population.
Hosting it may be a little more cash, but more users will appreciate the choices and less lag.
This may even increase server population and more income for the server.

its same anyway , multiple mapserver (zone server)

its like
                      / -> Map server 1 (zone 1)
Login -> Char  ----> Map server 2 (zone 2)
                      \ -> Map server 3 (zone 3)

or copies even.and they are backed up every hour and distributed.

The problem with that is, when you use different servers and such, it will overwrite.
So that may not work.
However, as your diagram shows, so a person can only be on the account on one server at a time.
But the server selection is like using dyefire.

uhm... whats that dyefire about o.o? another custom client besides xray ?

If you have ever used dyefire, you would know how the server selection comes on before you log in.
Either with dyefire, or without.
That kind of server selection is what I mean.
