I'm interested in learning about some graphic design and website design; I'm also interested in HTML. If someone can post a guide on how to make websites, modify templates, use PhotoShop CS3 to one's advantage, and code HTML, I'll give that person all my Atomic Fireball Cinnamon Candies :P

Definitely w3schools for HTML & CSS. 
Study CSS layouts as well, they're the current and validate the best. Avoid using tables or the slicing and allowing photoshop to create the HTML. While it may look nice you can create a lot of problems for yourself in the future if you try to edit it or you lack experience with HTML tables.

For photoshop honestly experience is the best teacher there. These tutorials might be helpful but the they usually don't include any information on how to code them. Photoshop tutorials for versions 7.0 through CS2 will work for CS3 & CS4 the only difference is that animations will be done in CS3 & CS4 instead of Imageready.

Be sure to keep up on the trends because web design is always changing. Good luck on developing your style and I hope to see your future work.
