HELP!! can someone show me how to edit the meltdown skill of whitesmith

Hi all.. Can someone show to me .. how to edit my skill of meltdown.. my server did not work that skill.. can use but no effect.. like broke armor and stuning when using CT, pls someone

I am sorry, but I cannot uunderstand what do you mean. If you mean editing visal effect of meltdown, you have to edit some files in grf (exactly in data\texture\effect\ and search for melt.str in this folder).
