this project is pending and we sold the template to our client, we will make a new design for our future Custom CP watch out for it..

I'd tone down the Overlay/Color Burn overall a bit. It's kinda heavy.

l love it... but to be sincere it looks really weird when you see it in a high resolution or in wide screen.
I dont know if you see what I see, so I'm posting a screenie.
you could try changing the width of the orange bar from 1024px to 100% and make the edges of the banner a little more smooth, just a suggestion though.
