I would like to ask if there is any way to activate skill effect during effect off activation? I've been looking for this inside our GRF, if theres some kind of configuration file to alter the codes for it.
during effect on, if you cast Storm Gust, our Ragnarok client will call certain files (act, spr, bmp etc.) inside our GRF that causing LAG in our interface if the situation is crowded like WOE even if you minimize the effect (use maxsy's GRF).
What do you think?
The way everybody does this is through third party programs which aren't supported at RMS. If you want a grf way, you've to change every single file as you want them to work with effects on.
