Oh well, I will just give you both

You can find the file in the attachments. If you can't open it, download one Sprite Viewers (SPR Conview/Sprite Encoder/SprTool 4.6) [I use SPR Conview] http://ratemyserver.net/index.php?page=download_tool


Now, how to get it?
At first you need the GRF Tool (You can find it at the same link above), then with it extract the data.grf in your RO folder
NOTE: DO NOT EXTRACT THE DATA.GRF IN RO FOLDER ITSELF

After extracting go to the sprite folder (/data/sprite), where you can find lots of great stuff but with incredibly stupid characters... like ¸ó½ºÅÍ and so on, to enjoy this folder without wasting time just use the Spirite Bible provided by RMS here

Now you can find everything simply, but if you don't understand the Bible then here is the steps to get the hairstyle:
Go \Àΰ£Á·
Then go \¸Ó¸®Åë
Then go \³² ((Note: If you wanna female hair styles use the /¿©))
Now you should be at WHEREVER YOU EXTRACTED\data\sprite\Àΰ£Á·\¸Ó¸®Åë\³²

Here you can find every hair style in the game with it's number (The hairstyle you requested is number 25)
