Custom mob prob..

I'm having some probs with mobs..
I did everything like eathena/rathena wiki explained, but i still cn't get the mobs to work..
Can anyone see what's wrong??

Did you read what's the error message on the map server window if any?

there wasn't any error when i restarted the server.
