Update 20/12/2011: New map created! I call it Lacie. It's been in my bin since a year but never found the time to finish it. Recently I finally found some time, so here it is. Finally something abit non-blue with white/angelic. ;p
Oh, next on my to-do list is getting Lunette fixed so the black sides won't be as visable any more. This is just a matter of a few minutes though, so expect another update soon. ^_^

Info: Pretty much a more exotic (though a much smaller) version of Alberta.

Oh damn, I didn't know you had that many maps released, using your crystilia and lunette but both of those heavily modified as we didn't like how it was mapped, kept the idea and buildings but modified gats, added extra stuff and what nots, especially crystilia was and is still terrible, the placing of tiles is a mess and the gat tiles were none existant.. some servers actually applied crystilia maps without any changes so everything was walkable even the houses which was such a fail -_-

Well, sometimes the gat tiles get messed up or saved over if she saves multiple files of it?  Thats happened to me before, although I always try testing stuff in my test server and deleting any old files I may have saved elsewhere.  You could have put it in a nicer manner instead of saying stuff was 'horrible' its not like you paid for these maps.  They were free so just telling her that things werent right with the gats would have been good enough.

She's nice enough to release her maps unlike a lot of mappers I know which release nothing for free.  ( Although I know some dont have time. )

Regardless its great to see people releasing stuff for free, although I haven't seen Najara on anywhere recently.  =[  So sad to see spriters/mappers just poof.  But things happen.

I think these look really nice :] and if there are any issues with walkability (though, most probably unintentional), 'must remember they are free maps and you've no right to complain over a free service...

Not trying to candycoat my mistakes, but I think it would be fair to say that Crystilia is my first map ever.
Not only that; you must keep in mind that mapping is - just like art, music and whatever - a matter of taste. Some people like a dark theme, others like some mecha theme, and then there are others that like a peaceful spring theme. Some like crowed buildings, others like huge empty areas, so on.
What I'm trying to say here is that you are one of the people that don't like it, but there are plenty of others that do. I happen not to like how you guys modified my maps, not only talking about the result, but also because no one of LimitRO asked me for my permission for using my maps or even creditted/mentioning me in the result. Pretty disrespectful, don't you think? =/ (...makes me wonder, since you guys didn't like the maps from the beginning, why did you even use them?)

Also, as for the walkable tiles in Crystilia; Those servers must've downloaded the wrong file when I uploaded it (like CC says). I accidently released the non-gat-editted version, however, this was fixed shortly after. Neglected, maybe. But in all honesty, I still think the server owners are to blame since they didn't even bother checking how those maps came out.

After all that being said I'd still like to say that I have absolutely no problem with criticism, though, I just don't like LimitRO's actions. So an exception for you(r server).

Yeah, apologies for poofing from the eA boards without saying much, I don't have much spare time to improve my mapping anymore. College, a job, friends. The real deal. >:

About the credits and all that jazz, hardly any server owners give mappers credits.  I never see it.  It's pretty disrespectful imo.  Although the objects and models / textures are gravity's, the mapper STILL created the map and should be credited.  But do you think people think about that?  No.

I did download Crystallia or w/e and some of the gats are a little wrong, I think I saw a bench gat wasn't raised or something.  I'm not sure.  Also the outside, around the wall, was walkable.  But I could see why, I mean why not walk around there.

Also some people don't know how to do constructive critisizm, instead they just spout rude comments instead of constructive ones to help mappers or any type of artist in the long run.  It's rude but it happens.

Though, I would agree that many servers claim the map as their own, with their announcements, "New Main Town, ASDFGHJKL" without any credits given to its proper creator. It would be better if servers would at least give regards to the hardwork made by the mappers by stating the map creator's name.

This is so true.  It bothers the mess outta me.  Sometimes when I make free maps, which I hardly do.  I want so badly to put in black letters on the map / mini map  CHEMICALCRUSH  Just so people can see the name and go HMM.  Since a lot of people who take free maps don't know how to edit them.
