There's already a topic that, I'm pretty sure, is still active where you can request an emblem be made. I'm sure you would've seen it had you actually looked after simply using the search area in the top area of the forum.

I see that now, but that doesn't really change the fact that he didn't need to post a new one.

If you want to use those images, just re-size them if possible and try them out. That's easier than making new ones right off; it's not hard to re-size them (24x24). Then again, creativity is lacking these days. I guess you should follow Tom~'s advice if you want those images perfectly made.

You will have to wait for someone to do it for you in the sticky.  That topic is devoted for emblem making.  Anyone can help btw.
