its not used by anything, at least not in kRO.
it is maybe a remnant of something that existed prior but was removed, or something that was added and then deemed unnecessary.
damn.. yeah i see posts for 2014 on it and never seen it used before...
see these all over rathena probably gonna have to look hard
all you have to do is look at all the resources utilized by the client.
from what ive looked at, nothing mentions it from 2014-2018 clients.
so if its used, its probably even further back.
