While harmonize is good to kill the bots don't forget that he makes the lag on the server goes to s*** and sometimes gives lots of time gaps to some users in some countries because of that.

Quick Note for reference - There is not perfect anti-bot just because people can make AHK scripts and then bypass that craps but still is good thing to have to block some "I'm lazy" tools. You still will need to do manual check ups here and there to get bots.

I have to agree, every server i've played on with Harmony has been laggy as heck and I get constant disconnections because of a 'time gap'.  It's very annoying.  =/  While its great to have, I just find it beyond annoying as a player.

I hate the time gap error and I get it at least once an hour on a server I last played.  There's also the third party program detected error that d/c me all the time for no reason.  I am not even running anything other than ssh/ftp/irc/msn so that's just bs.  They do nothing to improve my RO experience.  Sucks when you are in the endless tower.

Why can't people just let the client run by itself.  What's so bad that can be done without a shell?

because of lazy nab cheaters yC cheaters who think they all smart as they "use a router" or "use wireless" and can change ips, anytime they please... so server owners/staff feel the need to keep things running fair for the "more honest" players?

Just my view on it anyhow...
