I was going through the lowrate servers and i found handful of dead servers.

Site works but it seems the server is dead. all the download link doesn't work and the server status is misleading.
Not sure if the owner is going to release his server soon but theres no message of it all.

Finally got to work on this. Had this tab opened for 3 days lol sorry for the delay and thanks for letting me know.
Vintage RO - the download broken are true, also forum link is broken. There is no way for anyone to report this problem to them and get it fixed. Delisted and will watch if it gets online again.
PuffRO - as you said, site acct suspended. Delisted.
Bell Ragnarok Online - i know about this and it was delisted earlier but they bring it online without fixing the issue. Locked it so if they want it online they'll have to response to me.
Memoria RO - as you said, leads to host = server dead. Delisted.
Sapling RO, Karma RO, delaRO, TimeOfRO, ROserver.com = dead / 403 error / apache page - noted, will check back later.
