Need help on creating a website i basically know nothing about HTML since i forgot it already,

also patch Creator since i really don't now how to make one.

You can only get free service here, the paid services shouldn't be in here.  There is a dedicated section for it.  I'd suggest maybe use a template (as a quick solution) if you know what you are doing and not just setup and leave without even putting in the download link or info page lol.

If you want free website files and patcher files, go to rAthena's download page for some! You can easily set up a Flux CP as well.
