I was HeadGM of a server called EpyllionRO('06-'08) (a rl friend and I were in charge, closed due to admin's real life circumstances) My responsibilities included scripting custom quests for headgears and in-game storylines. I also ran events.
I was an Event GM on MythRO(2008)& UndergroundRO(2009). (where I was hired through applying)

I'm a big fan of story based quests, just as extra fluff for those who put forth the effort to complete headgears or receive rewards. Most of the scripts were for custom headgears (which I hear you are looking to change the GC NPC...I don't mind  helping) but I was also working on GM specific quests, for example, "[GM] Nihad's Epic Helm." Follow the NPC's guidance and receive a helm imprinted with the GMs name (stats and such depend on the server). I'm no 'god' at this, and I don't claim to be. I willingly taught myself how to script for the sake of helping my server back in the day. If needed, I'm sure I could reteach myself the basics.

::Events::
I loooove doing this and would prefer this position. During my times on Myth and Underground, I ran simple events for the community such as Guess that Monster, Novice Races, & Trivia Questions (If I learned anything from GMing, most players enjoy just chatting and participating in GM events; its different from the automated NPCs, a lot more personal I guess o.o). The more popular events were Abracadabra Roulette, being a professor and Abracadabra-ing players. Last man standing wins. Another popular game "Musical Chairs" - Gypsy plays a song and once it is stopped everyone must sit. Last one to sit is removed; game goes on until there is one person left.

My real life job is working with elementary school kids in an after-school program, so patience is a requirement.
Being creative is a big plus in my field, Program Coordinators are expected to make great clubs out of simple ideas. After speaking with you and seeing how you respond to your players, it's obvious that you take into consideration the suggestions your players make. This quality really opens up the window for ideas to be thrown back and forth when it comes to events and I look forward to be given the opportunity to do so.

Although I haven't been a part of WoonRO for much time, I knew the moment I logged in, it was a server I wanted to call home. The GM team has been supportive and very professional and I would love to be given the chance to be a part of that team.  Thank you for your time and consideration~

RO experience: Been playing RO on private servers for ~7 years.  Played on many different servers but mainly on 3.  Only 3 cause those are the only ones in which I remained for over 1 year each.  XeRO (Low rate server) ~12 months.  AiyumiRO (The original one, mid-rate server) ~12 months.  DuskRO (mid-rate server) ~24 months.

Available hours: I work from home so I can be online in the server almost any time of the day.  Though, because of the type of work I do I have to make on-site client visits when required.

Previous GM position(s): GM Maf and GM Loki on DuskRO. I played as a regular player for ~6 months till the Admin was looking for staff.  I worked as a Forum Mod/PR/Event/Support/Semi-Admin/whatever-else-was-needed-in-game for nearly 18 months.  Till the day the server died and went offline.

About yourself: I'm a friendly person and love to chat and mingle with the players.  I don't just tell a player "Google it" but I will also not jsut hand them all their information on a silver platter.  I help players in a way where they are then able to help themselves in the long run.  I believe this is a far better way to help players get familiar with the game.  (No one ever complained to me about it back on DuskRO, lol).  I love to have fun.  I love to joke with the players and host mini-events whenever I and the players are bored of just sitting in town.

Why do you want to be a GM: So I can help the server grow and ensure all users are having a fun time.  Help new players when any problems they may have.  Make sure people are following the the rules so everyone has a better experience.

WoonRO is one of the first RO servers i've found within the past year that fits my liking. Your donates are great, the community we have is mostly friendly. Availability: I'm pretty much free in the afternoon and evenings every day, pending on my school schedule.  I'm set to begin my junior year of college in the fall, but I'm free all summer.

About Me:

I've always enjoyed working with people and helping to solve problems individuals have.  My last server closed while I was out of town for the birth of my niece, and the vast majority of fun I had was as a GM holding events and helping to keep the server clean and free of bots and rule breakers.  Enforcement is my specialty, as I always make it a point to learn the rules before joining (and ask GMs questions as I think of them) to ensure that they are followed at all times.  As far as the online times, I put what I felt I'd be able to make on a constant basis.  It's possible I'd be available earlier or later (usually later), but figured I'd list the most likely timeframes.

I make sure any friends or members of my guild follow any rules set by the GM team, and have reported friends, guild members, and even significant others to appropriate staff, and when I was a GM I ever gave a permanent ban to my girlfriend at the time for using a third party program to feed her homunculus.

That being said, one has to be able to adapt to the situation and use their best judgment when in a position of authority.  Some situations call for different actions than what is written.  For example, a person just teasing another player over and over and becoming an annoyance is one thing.  If they then start bringing situations like race, sexual orientation, religion, etc into the mix, they've just escalated it to a whole new level.  What could have been a simple warning now has marks of racism and harassment, something that a normal human being just wouldn't tolerate.  As a GM, it's important to make sure that individuals like that aren't allowed to bully and hurt whoever they feel like.

Enforcement is what I enjoy working with the most, but I'd also enjoy being able to host events at random to help keep the community interested and involved in things.  In my last GM job, I would log in and alert people that I was on, do some preliminary bot checks and jump to creators to make sure they were vending and not rule breaking (we considered AFK leveling with a homunculus to be "botting," and also checked for autofeeder programs too).  I'd then hold a quick event to keep things random.  My favorite event to run was "Explosive Trivia," where individuals were asked questions of increasing difficulty.  Each person that got it wrong was then "nuked" to represent they were out of the competition.  Questions started off incredibly easy ("What item tames a poring?") and got to be incredibly advanced towards the end of the game ("A +10 Blade with 2 andre cards and 2 zipper bear cards gives exactly how much atk when equipped?").  It kept things fun and it was the most popular event we ran.

All in all, I like helping people and enjoy making people happy.  I look forward to being able to help this server grow and assist it's playerbase as best I can.  Thank you for taking the time to read this.

My Ro experience: Played ro for over 9 years (I had short breaks). I was GM (event/support/player relations) in DreamerRo LR and after that Dreamer RO:Nightmare for almost 3 years. I took place in training new GMs. I can't script but when i do something as a staff member you can count on my professionalism.

Time I can dedicate for server: I have lots of free time lately so I can be online 4-8 hours during weekdays and about 12 hours during weekends.

Something about me:
I come from Poland and i really hate how my countrymates act while playing ro so everytime i see them join server I keep my eye on them. I'm studying but after vacations I will start working. I'm  creative when it comes to events and strict when someone is not obeying rules. If you want someone that would help you with players I'm the right choice.
