To start off, I started this server more than a year ago, and to be honest....I would've left a long time ago if it wasn't for the friends I made on the server. When I came to this server, I really loved it. Earning money wasn't impossible, there weren't any stupid rules, but now everything is different. The server had a big update in November 2010, and with that I really started to hate everything. Before the update, leveling was a brisk, but now it takes forever, especially if you have no gear and you're a 3d, it'll take you a century to level. Along with that, you can only get satisfyingly rich by donating, otherwise you're screwed wasting your time hunting money. Speaking of money, if you want to make your character look cool, you have to go and earn money for THAT goal. What I mean by that is, with the update, the gm installed a paying system with a goal to balance the server. In my opinion that was the stupidest idea ever, except taking money from players. When she installed it, my friends and I who also weren't too happy about the changes, formed a rebellion guild, but soon after that we kind of got used to it, and the gm lowered the price of the stylist from 50m to 10m and from 5m to 500k. I had to farm money just to look good. I would state more about their ridiculous rules on the server, but I'll withhold it. I don't why the gm doesn't see the obvious thing, the server became worse. The server had twice as more players before the update. With the update, half the server left. I wanted to leave as well, but I stayed for my friends. But only now it has crossed my line. I recently payed my last money for the stylist. The stylist is bugged, therefore there are certain things you have to do in order for it to change you. I followed those stupid rules, and I didn't get changed, ending up losing all my money. You see how ridiculous that is? I would rate this server 4/10. Don't join this server unless you have nothing to do but waste your credit card money on donation rewards. Ciao.

I really want to say the server is using a custom experience table before the big update Nov 2010, We announced it 1 month or even a couple of months prior to that update. Its a pain leveling on a 150x with Thirds but the voting system and Cash points (which is obtainable in game just by not being AFK in the server) allows you to get free battle manuals and job manuals. We know that you're not used to it but we have to learn to adapt to changes. IntenseRO needs updates because we currently update third job skills or anything we need to rebalance third job skills and such.

Dokebi and Grand pecos still drop 20% Golds I know players who do MVP hunting and even without DONATING they got the gears they want. I've seen a lot of group of people who NEVER donated for the server but still got those gears you're referring to.

We have to do a zeny sink to decrease the prices on some items which we know are obviously OP. Have you seen how much gears are now? I have and I noticed and I've seen a big change from those OP prices to somewhat a fair price. When that happened I decided to lowered down the stylist prices since everyone thinks its the right time to give those privileges to players.

The forums and the wiki is updated. We even have a video on how to change your hairstyle. Never experienced the stylist take all away my zeny unless I do not know how to read instructions. Please if you have angst against the server you may do so by posting at the forums and not ranting all the way here and calling it a review because basically all I can see is a kid who lost his zeny from an NPC due to not following / reading instructions.
We know how the big update failed us and we're trying to fix the mistakes we have had from the past and it will be a challenge once again for the Team to keep up with what we used to be and what we used to have. Anyway I hope you find a nice server for you and goodluck to your search.
