Usually MAC addresses are used, not IP o.o
If they don't belong to you, then I'm sure you wouldn't mind them being banned for vote frauding /lv

Anyway, all these accounts were on separate forum accounts, all had 1 level 70 character on it, which is a requirement to claim voting points. And all claimed those voting points, sold them for zeny or traded them. But all the coins/zeny went to one character, which is likely the one of OP. Go figure. Of course the GMs are the bad guys again.
