Support: 10/10 - every time i encountered some problem they are always online and fix your problem asap.
Price: 9/10 - some of addons are paid but i understand.... overall perfect and cheap :D

I would recommend anyone who has money to buy from them. Quality, and very easy to use actually. Never had any problems with delivery time, short-term, they're the best damn designer/coder for RO private server. That's all I've to say cause I purchased 3 sites off them and gave two away. :) /no1
