Hello ! I will present you a new paid service
that I and my friend will be offering to the community :)

Animated Content for Websites

Did you ever wish to display an animated banner, or a nice moving char in your website,
without using a paid and heavy technology like flash, or an outdated GIF?
Well it's now possible with HTML5 (and us) !

For instance, we could actually make you an animated High Wizard,
with nice light effects, that you could place inside a <div> anywhere on your website.

Free FluxCP Theme With Animated Golden Shura

Samples

To show you the capabilities of our tool, we created two animations from a chibi's shura.
(We had to redraw it to get a nice animation - by the way, they are both available for sales!).

Drawmove : Animated Shura 2 for Fansite (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Z8JDGNMfao#ws)

You could choose any ragnarok art from a class (like Chibi Sniper !)
and ask us to animate it and integrate it to your website.
We have a big folder with pictures from ragnarok if you need it (Thank you Eurydice <3333)

In Summary

You may contact us if you need:

    an animated Banner
an animated Character from an existing picture, or from scratch.
    Anything Animated for your website.

We also provide various graphics services like:

    Static banners
    Illustrations
    Website designs

Our prices varies from 20$ to 150$ depending on the complexity of your request. Also, we offer the integration of the char to your website.

Contact

As I am working with a friend on this, you can contact either me or him or both.

    Skype: kami-shi or arkreika
    Mail: contact @ drawmove.net
    Website:http://www.drawmove.net
    or a PM in rathena!

Future Plans

Create a FluxCP theme and sell it with Rathena's Downloads. This fluxCP theme will have placeholder for Animated Ragnarok Characters! (This should be ready in a week.)

Why HTML5 and not Flash?

     It's free
     It's light
     It's fast to load
It's compatible with all updated browsers, android, ipad etc.

Just a note about your future plan.  I don't think you can sell theme with the CP code together.  Because you didn't create the code that mean you would be making a profit out of somebody's work.  They should have a free to distribute license but nothing more.

Regarding html5 ... I wish everyone uses an updated browser, only in my dream.

Hi yC! Thank you for accepting my service.

The browser list is actually pretty good as you can check:
http://caniuse.com/#search=canvas (http://caniuse.com/#search=canvas)

Of course, I will not sell the CP files as their are not mine. I will check what are the possibility of the 'GNU Lesser General Public License' to see what are the limits =)
