I'm making a perma novice, and I wanna know what cards should i have for it

Are there even builds for permanovies? You can't do anything either way.
The builds are pretty much based on whether you're a VIT, AGI, or hybrid VIT-AGI / AGI-VIT character, really.
You'll probably want HP/SP cards, as well as skill-enabling cards, such as the one that gives magnum break.

How do you plan on making a VIT novie build if level 99 novie with 99 VIT has just over 1000HP.
xD I didn't say it's smart. It's just a build that some people use, and some can even use it fairly well, up to a point.
I recommend looking over Knifemare's Perma Novice Guide (http://forums.roempire.com/showthread.php?t=108876#SVD). It'll cover most of the basics, and each stats build area has recommended equipment available, to give you a vague idea of what cards you'll want.
rawwr if ur rich like someone i know you can get gears that'll let you dodge your oponite, hit them, then make them bleed, then you play dead and watch them die =3

I play on a PS and the max is 255 for stats and level and I was thinking going agi, and it's for leveling not PvP or WoE thank you for the guide and I do believe I'm going agi
x3 usually perma novies have to go for agi cause their HP is so low that if they go for vit they get totally owned Dx
