about the non-magical type of ninja...
  -What are the stats of a throw/Dodge ninja?
  -What are the skills that I will use with my skill points
  -Does this ninja need alot of SP?
  -What will be my weapon?

hmm throwing ninjas use agi for doage dex so you can hit and str so your damage will be higher, also add some int cause they use a lot of sp, the skills u will need are, Dagger Throwing Practice, Throw Shuriken, Throw Kunai, Throw Huuma Shuriken, Flip Tatami, Shadow Leap, Cicada Skin Shed, also that card that lets u use Lv 1 hide, and Ninja Mastery for sp regain, they dont all need to be max Lv well some might, but once u get the hang of it and there is a job reseter around u will be doing good, ahh i think its the smokie card
