Title: My Ultimate SN Build: IC no delay

It's a high rate server with 1000x drops and 10% MVP card. Custom Scarf[1] and Solar Helm[2] all stats+10, the classic Trinity Server custom. Just having fun as this is my last server after years playing RO.
