RagCam Question

The RagCam tool (here) looked fun to use, but I'm not sure where to put it. Is it a seperate program entirely, or do I just copy the contents of the folder and paste it into the RO folder?

as far as memory servers, its a separate program no? (unless im thinking of another cam program) XD eh when i think about it, im a horrible person to be responding to a topic like this x3 my memory is just that degraded i guess?
