Need help getting a new server up and running!

I am putting together a new server, and need some help with the basics, like getting the SVN compiled and so forth. Any takers? I have some limited knowledge of how this stuff works, but we seem to be running into some snags. I know what the rates and specifics of the server will be, and know tons about RO from a player standpoint. I've already bought the website domain and hosting, and am getting the forums together, it's really just the main server stuff that I need help with.
