how to edit my attack rate in my server?

i got a problem that my server have low attack rate percent.

i have 240+43 str but only 1077 attack.
i got 2 main gauche
one +5 all stats accessory,

how can i fix this?

That's something that you should ask the admins about [the low atk part], not here about ways to hack the server to be the "best".

PS:
◙ main gauches are weapons with low atk
◙ make sure that you're not playing at some hybrid renewal or renewal server where things are different from pre-renewal
◙ your str isn't in multiple of tens to give you the next atk bonus IF you're playing a pre-renewal server
