Can anyone direct me to links or answer my questions on Sprite Changing?

I know that you guys, who are active on this forum is tired of seeing these types of threads popping up but I can't seem to find one that directly answer my questions. So I'd appreciate it if someone can link me some sites or threads that teaches you or show you how to change character sprite. Step by step, such as which site to go and what to download, etc. I'm a new player in iRO and I don't plan on using cheats in the game but I just want to change my character to look like a different class-3rd class version. If possible I'd also like some links or how-to's for adding custom sprites...like this one but a sorcerer or scholar version?
