Success Rate = Potion Research x 1＋ Prepare Potion x 3 ＋ Job lvl x 0.2 + (DEX+ LUK + (INT/2)) x 0.1+ α + 5(ï¼...)

α depends on the potion you want to make.

It's either LUK and DEX, LUK is preferable as you can Marionette Control yourself and Gypsies and Minstrels tend to invest in DEX, not LUK.

So: LUK, DEX, INT.
