Help what is the best build for a froger BS
im playing at a lowrate server..

dex, luk, base level (not sure ..), job level, anvil used help increase your forging chances.  Add to that is your skill level on the thing you want to forge and if the hammer you use is suitable for the weapon level you are forging (forgot which is which it worked for me when I used the most expensive hammer for everything ...).

If you are going for pure forger you should get at least 91 dex, 91 luk and be at least lvl 91 to use some slotted gloves with zerom, lol but that leave you as a leecher for life.  Or if your server has a flexible reset solution.

Otherwise, I think 50~61 dex and 21~31 luk @ lvl 91 + all the dex/luk equips will still give you a great chance.  The missing dex & luk there can be made up by getting the emperium anvil.  It is +5% chance compare to the best buyable anvil if I remember correctly.
