If you play a server that has a Mall, you could buy it there. Some servers are Rebirth Ro-Me!-Surge Ro, Coco Ro, Scythe Ro. There's a lot. If you play Iro, well, good luck opening obbs.

the best anvil for blacksmith when forging weapons. It adds 10% success rate to forging, the other buyable anvils add 5% max.

i have a question...
what if i am upgrading a weapon...
and i have that imperium anvil in my inventory...
does it increase my chance of making +10 weapon?(depends on weapon lvl)
coz im kinda confuse about the words FORGING/UPGRADING (sorry if off topic)

anyways u can only get imperium anvil on OBB(old blue box)
my suggestion is go hunt some ninetails at payon dungeon...
