Hi, I have some professor question that I don't understand if you can answer it please, thank you very much

my server is low rate 5/5/3 not a lot mvp card or high refine item

lv max 99/70 max stat 99

1. If I use 2 imp card, Will it increase damage 50%? or 37.5%(125%+25%) and casting time reduce 50% or 37.5%

2. Double casting if I use lv10 fire bolt it will cast lv10 fire bolt twice? if I use lv4 it will cast lv4 twice?

3. Creates a wall of fog of 5 x 3 cells perpendicular to the caster (triple the area of the Wizards Ice Wall). Anyone attempting ranged attacks or ranged skills through or into but not OUT OF the fog. Those inside are blinded (Status effect: Blind) for 30 seconds. ok this is what i'm understand, You use it on yourself and other people that try to hit you with spell miss, range reduce damage and hit, right?  but it's blind your area so you can't attack them back - -''

The caster, other players on pvp maps, bosses, party members and guild members/allies on WoE maps don't get blinded.

where is your soul burn? I would get it (max it actually) just to be an donkey in WoE.

I think as a team land protector is better than soul burn >_<

Nope. Doesn't work on Players and MVPs. Good for biolabs though.

Get land proc for WoE. Soul Burn is pretty much useless if they spam pots/recovery items. If not, then, well, it is useful.

TBH after looking over you skill build, its probably too much a stretch for a bolter prof to go for fiber lock, what with all the wasted points in mastery and all.
