Best place for a lvl 75 high wizard to lvl???

I believe there are a lot more place to level, like get a priest, mob high orcs on clock tower, then SG.
Find an abbey/thor party when you reach 80+.
But yeah, there are a lot more.

Increase Soils/Mi Gaos and Stalactic Golems. At late levels, go Ice Titans.
Also, Wizards DON'T USE Thunderstorm nor Lightning Bolt (they are left lv 1 and 4, respectively). Jupitel Thunder and Lord of Vermillon is the way to go.
I still prefer the old way of going GH Culverts for Stings (never leveled at Ice Dun). And most of the times Gloves[1] are useful (until you get Orlean's).
Leveling at moscovia dungeon might also be a good idea but the leveling will be slow.
Another place is Splendide Field, and leveling there is faster but challenging for high wizards.
Medusas, soils, geos are also good.
Dryads if that repeatable quest is available.
Increase Soils/Mi Gaos too.
