i just got that files last 2 to 3 days.
i got my fully updated sakray and kro.

nope.
this is not my first time to log in.
i just get this error when someone's log in to the game.
i think a newbie.
and im not alone.
my co players have the same problem.
if that person or player is in the prontera we get crash.
and already try to change the dye of that player(cuz im a gm).
and no more ge.
when he/she change again.

As you can see, there is something common in both errors, one is the Red Valkyrie Helm act file but the other is different but similar to previous one.

Also, if you really think that it's a palette error just disable the one who is giving that error from the server.
