Last post by yC - May 22, 2024, 01:18 PMI treat that as one of the feature that keep fairness in check in the early days. So everybody have a way to know what were dropped ... what existed but never got a drop announcement could raise questions.
I think you could have it show up in one of the chat tab if having a world wide announcement becomes annoying and have the player name partially censored for privacy.

My most favorite is CasualRO. It was my grounds for renewal learning and the main cause why I loved renewal servers more than pre-re.
Your servers were my utmost favorite, can't find one that I can call home like how I stayed at your servers. I started at your servers when I was very young, 13? And now I'm now nearly on my 30s!
I made a lot of friends on your servers from 10++ years ago and yet we had kept in touch.

PS: my early game IGNs are Domokun, SnowFlakes, Kitsune

Some of the servers out there have or enable rare drop announcements that actually have pros and cons.
The good thing is that the server is not quite like a ghost server. Nobody knows if the player is there or not.
The bad thing is that there is no privacy for the player, who doesn't want anybody to know what he or she got and what they did.
How about you? Did you think this was good to enable or supposedly disable?
