This Highrate PK-Server supports German and English people.
The rates of the server are: 5,000 / 5,000 / 500

This server got a starter ground where new player got an introduction to the features of Ragnarok and specialy RiseRO.
There are also the posibility to put Runes into the Equipment and every Equipment got 2 Slots except Shields(1Slot) and Weapons (4Slots).
The GM's are always online(Ingame and TS3) and there are a few events every day. Also there are every few hours a random auto event.
This server is online for about 2 years now and is stable and 24/7 online.
You can go mining which grants you some extras. Also there is a Headgear System which grants you the ability to choose a headgear from 1100 custom headgears.
The droprates of MvP Cards are 5% also every MvP drops an MvP Card Box which contains a random MvP Card.
The online mad thing: Less player playing active.
But I like this server. Because the GM Team got some new inspiration for RO and I think there will be more in the future.
