Emerald RO: rip-off of EssenceRO?

As a mid-rate player, I have always suffered in my search for a well-balanced, populated, and fun server. There seems to be a focus towards low-rates and high-rates, but the mid-rates tend to be spurned. This is why I was shed a tear (in happiness) when I saw Emerald RO's customization.

Emerald RO is a newly (supposed to launch today sometime) created mid rate that has very mid-rates:

Rates: 80/80/50
Max Level: 150/90
Max Stats: 150
Max Aspd: 193
Insta-cast: 190 Dex

and a wild class customization built to adjust skills for the higher max base. Behold:

Anyhow. The reason I've posted this is not because I'm advertising, though it probably seems that way. It's a new server that I haven't even joined, so I can hardly advertise for them. Instead, I'd like to call attention to the class customization for Emerald and ask our RMS community how suitable they think it is. I'd also like to shed some light on this server for any of those forlorn mid-rate players out there.

Ok fine. I'm advertising, but i'm still discussing. So don't move my thread. : P

Almost every single one of these changes is something we already have implemented. They're even PHRASED the same.

EDIT: Okay, so it's just come to my attention that the server was actually made by an ex member of my staff that I fired for being useless.

LAUGHING EVEN MORE.

You know, not only is ripping off another server annoying, it's also really stupid.

So, now that everyone on RMS and eventually rune and eA knows about your server, good luck getting players

You know it's funny, I got halfway done reading the applications page and then realized "OHWAITTHISISNTESSENCENEVERMIND"

I noticed that the server doesn't seem to have a visible slogan yet - may I suggest "Looks like Essence, Feels like Essence, I can't believe it's not Essence"?

The find and replace feature must be getting easier to use these days - lets hope for your sake that you didn't miss a word amirite?

^I assumed Prae = Tira. But yeah Azure was a player of EmeraldRO.

I wonder what will happen to EmeraldRO from now on. It's not like we can literally remove their server b/c they stole, right?
So i suppose they'll gain players who will realise its a copy of Essence and transfer to Essence. Nice : P

That was a conversation between a staff member of EmeraldRO and players in my server IRC - said staff member was sent as a "representative" of EmeraldRO to me in an attempt to resolve the problem, and evidently ended up quitting their staff team after he realised how much had been stolen from me.
