Corruption of Adiksa

I've been playing on this server since it was released at RMS. It was a great server, but soon enough it got corrupted. The Administrator of that server does not follow his own rules. He says himself that he will IP ban any botter/hacker in his server, yet he hasn't done so. There was this player, that has been botting for a long time no, but she still isn't banned, and maybe botting as we speak. Me and my friends already have enough proof that she is hacking and botting. There is also a GM there that is biased, and does an act of favoritism towards other players. He gives them items, cards, and zeny. During WoE he DC'd the server because we were gonna take over the castle, or when we're defending a castle, he goes in our castle disguised as a monster and distrupts our defense, thus giving his favorite guild to go and take over our castle.
If that's not a sign of GM and server corruption, then I don't know what is!

Oh by the way, this server's 'player' reviews, aren't from players but from GM's. Is that legal?
