We plan to open the server within a week or so, we would really like you to help us make the server perfect!

I knew to stop reading there. Because, if politics has taught us anything, is that promises are the first step towards getting votes, and the last step to fulfilling them.
Unfortunately, you know people will continue to spam as long as there is the <0.00001% of the crowd that is clueless about why spam is bad, and actually fall for it. As long as a few people fall, it does not matter that you are wasting the time of millions -.- This is why I consider spam unethical.
If memory servers, that is Sufian (ex-FuriousRO admin)'s new server. He showed me the template one day so I'm guessing thats his server.
More spam, seriously, I hate people who spam emails.
