Dear RO player

In recent times you may have noticed a decline in the quality of Ragnarok Online, as a whole. We, the GMs of CloudRO have realised this and have taken action!

CloudRO will be a low rate (7/7/5) server, designed to cater for the WoE or PVP buff. With WoE twice a week, and a reset for characters lower than lvl 75, CloudRO guarantees that the fun aspects of RO will not be neglected. Many other convenient features such as a healer and warper are also set to be implemented, removing the focus from PvM and shifting it to the more enjoyable aspects of RO.

Supporting CloudRO will be a fast dedicated server host, and an experienced GM team, which will ensure a highly stable, eventful server. The CloudRO team has hosted many servers, of different rates and always strive to achieve a balanced, corruption free server.

Donation items, at this stage are currently still being discussed. Feel free to pop down to the forums mentioned below if you have any ideas worth sharing. We are currently in the process of finalising the server, but there is still time for changes to be made.
We plan to open the server within a week or so, we would really like you to help us make the server perfect!

I knew to stop reading there. Because, if politics has taught us anything, is that promises are the first step towards getting votes, and the last step to fulfilling them.

Unfortunately, you know people will continue to spam as long as there is the <0.00001% of the crowd that is clueless about why spam is bad, and actually fall for it. As long as a few people fall, it does not matter that you are wasting the time of millions -.- This is why I consider spam unethical.

If memory servers, that is Sufian (ex-FuriousRO admin)'s new server. He showed me the template one day so I'm guessing thats his server.
