What classes goes good with Bow/Divest Stalker in PvP and why?

Note: Playing in a 7/7/7 server.

Depends what you're up against. Generally Prof or HP, for obvious reasons.

Relics

Support prof goes good with anything that does damage.

Lex, buff support from a priest is awesome..

Eh. Depends on the player, too. Having a super-good of another class would beat having a crappy priest. XD

In a duo priest is the best imo. He can protect you with safetywall and use lex divina on the enemy while you are trying to strip him and keep him next to you with close confine.

Poki

Assassin Cross or a High priest.  Your stalker becomes useless after strip if the opponent has pneuma.  Best you can do would be having a status bow on.  You would strip first and let the Assassin Cross wait in cloak.  If your partner is a High priest, go for a strip and hope that the High priest can use safety wall on the opponents before a pnuema is placed against you.

Once you strip, you pull back as soon as possible, put on a double silence double cursing bow and shoot away those in Pneuma.  If they're not in pneuma, use a bow that can kill.
Watch out if you can't strip them to start with.  You might want some vitality or some pots before you start.

Scenario I: Pneuma
If they pneuma before or after strip, use double silence double cursing bow.  Get them to slow down and silence if they have no intelligence.  Once they're slow, the Assassin Cross may EDP and Sonic blow.  It should be a one hit kill after strip or a safe Sonic Blow since they're extremely slow.  Try to curse all players that you're against.  If they use hide, it's up to the assassin cross and you to use a sight clip [horong card].

Scenario II:  No Pneuma
Try to strip then pull back (If you can or not) and status them first.  Ignore trying to kill them quickly and let the Assassin Cross get in between you and the opponents.  Once the Assassin Cross is in place, he/she will use hide and EDP'd Grimtooth the crowd while they're all silenced or cursed.  The chances for the Assassin Cross to die while using grimtooth is very slim.  The same goes for you.  You might want to put two Errende Ebecee cards in your accessory just in case.  This would help if they use far range skills to target you.

As for the High priest, you just need to wish that he/she is awesome.  They must be able to silence, safety wall the opponents (No one is melee and it stops the Pneuma for you), heal and debuff the opponents, and is able to tank.
Thing is, you might want someone as your partner that can kill.  Your stalker isn't the best at killing.

I'm very sure there's quite a few blanks within this strategy.  I'm just not in the mood to think of every possible scenarios for you to counter with.

It also really depends on what kind of players you're against and what type of classes or players are available as your partner.
Oh right, and I'm assuming you're a DS bow stalker.  If you're a BB stalker then ignore then the priest should use Pneuma before the opponents use safety wall... and the Assassin Cross would then be a pretty bad pick.

Basically, it's best if you have:
1 Range Character + 1 Melee Character
1 Range Character + 1 Support Character
1 Melee Character + 1 Support Character

The support can be a mix of range and support too. (ex. Proffessor)

But yeah, there's quite a few combinations man.  It'd be nice if you gave a scenario or something.

My advice would be to get a killer.

Champs/SinXs/Creos are all good. The first and third also have certain support/debuff capabilities, while the SinX+you = really sneaky, lol.

Another thing is, don't get complacent. I have EDP-Envenom spammed a Stalker to death once, after he thought it was over when he stripped me.

XileRo is the only HR I know that has a reasonable PvP system. I did watch the RWC like you said, all I see is people spamming the room like every other gang fight there is in RO.

horo

champ + crea are too easy to disable in a pvp setting.

If you mean on a 2v2 scenario then it depends on many things, mainly the opponent's class

@horo: That really depends on what classes they go up against, and how skilled they are anyway.

I just can't see his Stalker plus another support killing anyone decent though. The opponent(s) will likely just outpot, or bwing out due to boredom :X If you want to win consistently, I will actually suggest you play a SinX and Prof comp.

Noone decent uses pots in PvP, and a full dex BB by a stalker should do decent enough damage on fullstripped (lexed) targets to take them out pretty fast.

Relics

I pot all the time in PvP..

Potting in PvP usually depends on the server's ethic lines

Whatever the ethic lines, if they don't pot then me and my party will and it will eventually turn into a potting server.

Potting was despised in iRO pvp when it was implemented first and that's what I've stuck with ever since. Never seen official pvp videos where people pot, as there's just no point to potting in PvP at all.
