Lightning Spear of Ice... It sounds funny.

Anyway, the ice skill is the best bolt-type spell there is for a ninja. It's basically a Cold Bolt doing 12 hits - 70% matk per hit - at lvl 10. Wind Blade does 6 hits at lvl 10 and I think Crimson does like 10 hits at 90% matk per hit at lvl 10.

Hmm, so Lighnting Spear of ice (haha) hits more than Crimson fire blossom with 70% per bolt, but Crimson Fire Blossom hits less times than lightning spear, but hits 90% per bolt.

I wonder wich is better?

Lightning Spear of Ice hits faster than CFB if I recall correctly. I haven't played RO in a few months, so I don't really know anymore.

exploding dragon is used like sg for mobbing, and in bragi bc of its delay. wind blade is also surprisingly good in WoE, whereas ice spear is simply for targetting single enemies in pvm/pvp.

Wow poor North Wind gets no love, but its pretty decent too if you are fighting the right mobs.
In WoE, it can get pretty sick in some castles with thin corridors where players haveta pack up to get inside.  I never master ice spear, I get like level 5 or whatever the pre-req is for that water land enchant move (been awhile since I played these guys so I don't remember all their skill names).

All of the Ninpou skills are useful if you know how to use them

no, some are just crap by their casttime/delay/matk, like crimson fire blossom. there's no 'if you know how to use them' to it, and I wish people would stop making that argument.

learn to use delay equipment then!  I've killed several people with blossom before, it's more or less about abusing their element

ice spear is the best out of all the ninpou skills.  at level 3, you can cast it twice a second, at level 5, once a second, and with bragi, you can cast level 5 instantly and practically tear through their pots / hp, especially with hidden water around you.

noone wears earth armor because it doesn't reduce earth damage, and except for breakers and versus a firewall precast noone smart wears evil druid either, so you're either playing with morons, or playing theory fighter.

except for kiel card, which you shouldn't have unless you play a crappy HR, delay equipment is not worth using in any pvp setting. ice spear is fine in pvm, but exploding dragon is better otherwise because good players will switch/wear wind/water armors in woe.

I kinda ment for using one of the two skills as a Stalker, not Ninja.

So yeah, im still wondering if the weaker, but faster hitting LSoI would be better than the stronger Crimson Fire Blossom

(P.S. I noticed a few people were saying Crimson Fire Blossom has after cast, it has none like Lightning Spear of Ice.  )
