Solo-ing Morroc Mobs

What are the best strategies / methods you found useful for solo-ing (and when i say soloing, i mean...no help...no dual clienting...nothing else but YOU). whether your character be HW, SL, super novice, sinx, or what ever. lets hear it =D

oopsie i forgot to mention that. midrate 50/50/70. level cap is 99/70. when 3rds are finished 150/50

If you wanna solo it, prioritize not getting hit.  Since 95% flee is high, dodge isnt really a good option.

I would have to go say either a Double Strafe Sniper with Holy (and some Ghost) arrows.  Either that or Creator and AD.

But your safest and probably most beneficial method is to party up, but that's just speculation, and how one of the guilds on my server with those rates hunt there, not sure of their exact set up though.

Morroc mobs are easy with good priest and sniper. Priest tanks by spamming SW under him, and sniper just takes care of damage.

Since Morroc mobs are hard to tank without SW, I got an idea for soloing at least unded/ghost ones. Wizard with good cast time and delay reductions, and Napalm Vulcan. Will take a while to kill tho, and one fail=dead.

Ok, so I was reading irowiki forums as usual and I stumbled across this interesting piece of information.

Something that went along the lines of a Frenzy LK using Bloody Eater to kill one of the Satan Morroc mobs in 5-7secs. Anyone knows how this works? Now I'm intrigued. Bloody Eater would work for 2 of the mobs (Spirit and Crawler), but I'm wondering what weapons could be used for the other 2 as a Frenzy LK.

Also, what build would be optimal? I'm assuming one needs to have rather high DEX to hit all the Satan Morroc mobs for 100%.

well to be honest i don't see why that is an issue. Most LK builds are STR-DEX-VIT or STR-VIT-DEX anyway... (it's not easy to achieve 269 or 316 hit unless you're a sniper) but still having 6x to 8x dex is conceivable and not such a bad idea (high dex med vit LKs may actually be able to kill high flee chars such as snipers/sinX/stalkers)... not to mention the skill concentration...
and if you feel extra lucky, having a shrewd helm of darkness is not a bad idea at all...

bloody eater is good for the ghost and undead incarnations. For the shadow types a 4x hallowed +10 katana would work quite well imho...

I've been frenzying there quite some time ago, when DG was just out on those servers that did not wait for eA....get a HP on dual for warping/buffs and aspersio, and go. I've used Atroce Blade back there, it is excellent zerk weap. With STR>VIT>DEX LK, you can easily BB one out, then zerk to kill one or two more, then warp back, rebuff and repeat.
As for hit, 60 dex (70 with bless) and concentration were enough to hit anything.

I solo the ghost with SG, the rest I normally just Efist rinse repeat.

so far these are all helping me, i think ive gotten a few nice strategies from all of you and no longer need anymore info. But please, feel free to keep adding, i could always use more ways of getting their drops
