That's the planned full tree actually. The other classes won't be available.
Due to minor lore reasons, development time and balance, all classes are pretty balanced and expanding it much more would make it a nightmare.
None of the original (thief, rogue, assassins) play like they used to, they are instead a base you build with using the specializations and final jobs, they were chosen specifically due a specific lore concept and dual wield potential along with animation flexibility and theme.
The main idea is to make dual client not necessary and to provide something fresh, not just change a couple numbers.
