How much time and money goes into a server? And I'm not talking about one of those servers that's all like "Tons of custom NPCs, colors, etc." and is just RO with a Healer and warper. I'm talking about a fully dedicated server, like a Role playing server with a custom story line, monsters, server exclusive head gears, a server like heRO.

I can talk to you about the time factor for us at heRO most definitely. For example we have 7 GMs + 1 admin. The admin puts in an average of 30+ hours a week for the past 7 and half years. For the GMs of course it varies, but they do put in a ton of time as well and are quite active in-game and on the forums/support areas :]
