Ya'kno, there is a quest to make Thanatos spawn on top of his tower.... You could search for a guide on how to do the quest.

not sure if it's right cuz i never done it myself, i heard that you need a 4 people party to summon it

the quest is  u nid  a party 2 summon thanatos... u nid exactly 4 pipol 2 summon him... and u nid the 4 fragments.. (fragment of despair,hatred,agony and sorrow) ahehehe thats all u nid aheheh peace out!
