Final Fantasy Sprites and Customs?

Has anyone seen or made any final fantasy customs or sprites, for instance, I want to put a buster sword on the back of my characters.

There was an entire server based on the Final Fantasy VII Materia system, and had FF modifications and NPc's. Quite awesome.
