Convert sprites to gif ...

Do you know a tool which can convert the sprites file (including act files) to gif files ?

sprconview can convert to bmp, and photoshop will easily convert bmp to gif.

Yes, but how include the act file ?

For exemple, an Alarm with just the sprite (without act), extrat with spr conview :



and with the act file (gif from RMS) :



The problem is not the animation, but the mask, the hours and minutes hand ...

didnt realise the mobs were made up of multiple parts like that
