Sniper on a high rate

I am playing in a High rate server.
Server Rates : 1000.0x Base / 1000.0x Job / 1.0x ~ 600.0x Drop
Max Level : 255
Max Stats : 165 ~ 250

some items are nerfed like the LK card. Every job can still use Berserk but the difference is, their buffs will be canceled. Example I am a sinX then I used EDP before I berserk, the EDP will be dispelled. We also have Black Butterfly Wing which is "Increase critical damage by + 250percent." This is what I use. This is the most highly used Lower Headgear on the server. And I use this cause this is the ideal Lower Headgear for a Sniper other than it is slotted.

I don't want that DS type or whatsoever. I want a Sniper that's just doing normal attack. I don't want Double Strafe or Sharp Shooting. I want to know great ideas with cards and all. Because it is a high rate server, I don't mind if you guys will give me such ideas full of MVP cards 'cause maybe I could buy it from another player or hunt it myself.

Any suggestion and playing strategy? It's PK server so most likely its PVP and woe

Hard to say exact build without knowing more server specs, but if I was you, I'd make critical/equip strip/break build..,dex almost max (to have it dividable by 10 when having all self-buffs and foodstuff), lots of luck, some agi to get max aspd, and what is left goes to vit. You're gonna need some str too for carrying all those arrows. Two bows, one critical damaging, with cards like Eremes, assulter and definitely one Rangis (if not nerfed). Second bow is whitesmith, rangis, Lord of Death (unless nerfed) and thana maero cards. Definitely you need maya purple, Evil snake lord, and if you got spare slot in headgear, use vanberk card. SinX card might come handy, as well as smokie card. Other equip status protection/crit oriented.

There isn't much about tactics...if you got time to prepare, set up some traps around you. As soon as you can start attacking with the second bow with curse or other stat inflicting arrow, after he gets slowed down use damaging one with soem elemental arrows. Always keep distance from your enemy. That is all.
