Ok so yeah the subject states it all.....

My level is 90

I want to know which stats to power up or if I am doing a agi/dex build

my agi is 107

my dex is 60

my str is 30 for item holding.

Your stats seem horrible, you don't have any survivability :X
I would never max agility in a build

Dex should be 150 with bonuses, without a doubt(for DS users)
Add enough agi to get a DECENT aspd, not max
Add vitality to get typical survivability, so you won't instant die
And if you aren't rich get int for sp, and also the rare FA

I have a level 94 sniper, and I've soloed many mvps
But I am not an "Expert", wait for more advice from other players
but most of all do what YOU like, we aren't forcing you to use our builds

Your Dex definatly needs improving.

Lots of Agi isnt bad, it just depends what you want to do with your sniper. Maxing agi is good if you plan to shoot arrows really fast with no skills, if you plan to DS then max your Dex instead and get at most 80 Agi to be able to spam DS like crazy.
