Q> i really have a hard time fighting those AGI/Dex sniper,is there anything i can do to slow there aspd down??

Get long range reduction gear like 2x Alligator cards, Noxious Card and whatever else. You can get that card that goes on Weapon. One of the Thana mini boss cards and it's like Decrease agi on chance when attacking the enemy. Dark Frame and such are good considering they attack fast so it would kick in quickly.

if priest is around > agi down
if wiz is around > quagmire
if u wana tank it horn card + nox card + 2 alligator cards

EDIT: oh and if sage i around > despell

If a Priest, Monk, or even an Aco is around, Pneuma will piss off the Sniper as well. =D Furthermore, the Wall of Fog skill from a Professor is awesome to stand in against them. -75% damage reduction from ranged attacks, and a -50 Hit penalty. Sexy.

if stalker around --- strip the weapon...
then, sit around and have a nice chat with the sniper.

And I like to wear Pest carded and DF armors around snipers. Also, as a Gypsy, just Scream/Dazzler the hell out of them lowvits.
