Help me in stats for ranger pvp build

Server: Highrate
Level: 255/150
Max stats: 250
Rates: 5000/5000/5000 10% in cards and MVP's

Okay, you fail on three things:

1- Not specifying which build you want.
2- Asking for help when you are on a high rate server. Maybe you like it, but HR isn't the 'real' RO that we love and play.
3- Asking about third classes which are, and I cannot stress this enough, NOT OFFICIALLY IMPLEMENTED AND WHICH ARE DESIGNED TO GO WITH THE 3.0 RENEWAL CHANGES.
