Also, the server that I play offers and custom version of the Gigantic Majestic Goat that instead of decreasing damage taken from Demi-Human, it raises damage done to them, should I use those too?

Upper : Red Tailed Ribbon / LBH (LBH give more reduce but RTR +2 all stat help your stat management)
Mid : Blush of Groom
Low : Gentleman Pipe
Armor : Sniping Suit / +3 dex BG armor with marc card (once again BG set +6 dex help your stat management)
Garment : Proxy / BG muff with noxious card
Footwear : Variant / BG shoes with green ferus card
Acc : Expert Ring with 2 alligator card / Bison Horn and Linen Glove with alligator and 1 Linen Glove with smokie to swap
Weapon : BAREHANDED if possible to spam more than 3 FA / s , CK / Grimtooth if you cant
Shield : Valk Shield and Thorny Buckler with thara frog
